Cocoon yourself in the sweet smell of Lush Luxury Bath Oil "MMMelting Marshmallow Moment", a solid oil that melts in your bath to give the ultimate relaxing moment. I never knew that Lush did bath oils, but I was all over this when I spotted it recently in Lush on Henry Street.
The MMMelting Marchmallow Moment is sweet smelling but not overpowering or sickly. I felt truly relaxed in the bath and the oils that dispersed out in the bath from this was not like a layer over my body like other oils I've tried. It didn't do much colour wise to my bath, it made it look murky but I laid back in the bath and just shut everything out for an hour and I was daydreaming away to myself. This contains marshmallow powder (yeah I didn't know it came in powder from, I learn something new everyday) and it is supposed to have antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties. Two ticks from me there; one for the help with my muscle aches and swelling from the Fibromyalgia and two, the antibacterial will help with some broken skin on my legs from an infection had. It also contains Marigold Powder which is great for eczema, bites, and sunburn. So both the Marshmallow powder and Marigold powder leave your skin feeling really smooth, which was very noticeable after an hour out of the bath. I felt no need to put my usual body moisturiser on and still woke up with super soft skin.
The ingredients were all packed into this tiny little wonder, including extra virgin coconut oil, Almond oil, Cocoa Butter and Shea butter. As I said above this smells really sweet, it would remind you of candy floss, but unlike Snow Fairy I liked this scent a lot.
This was around €2.95 (I can't find my receipt, sorry!), but made a bigger impact than I expected. Even during the bath I didn't think much of it, it was after when I got out of the bath and the next day that I realised how much this moisturised my skin. I'd love to try more of the bath oils, so will have to pick up another one or two next time I'm up in Dublin.
