Empties With Mini Reviews

I checked my little box of empties last night and I was surprised that I don't have more in it than I do. I haven't done an empties post since September so I think it is about time that I done one. I think I will try and do these every 2-3 months, I like going back on what I used and seeing what I liked and what I would buy again. So without further a do here we go.....

1 & 2. Hask Argan Oil & Hask Keratin Protein Shampoos:
I absolutely love the Hask range of shampoos and at €4.50 they are really reasonable and leave my hair in great condition. I will buy these again but I am itching to try a new shampoo that will WOW me.

3. Johnson's Be Fresh & Imagine Shower Gel:
This was a great little bargain at €2.00 but I just used it up for the sake of using it up. The smell was nice with it's white peace and tea rose but the fragrance didn't stay with me and the shower gel done nothing for my skin. So I won't be purchasing this one again.

4.Benefit Foamingly Clean Wash:
I really like Benefit's skin care range and really love this foam facial wash. It leaves my skin feeling so smooth, soft and super clean. It costs €25.00 and this is one I buy as a treat every 6 months.

5. L'Occitane Passionate Jasmine Hand Cream:
Correct me if I am wrong but I think these travel size hand creams are €10.50 and this was a pressie from my mum. I suffer really bad with cracked and cut hands but this winter has been the first since I was a young teenager that I haven't and I am putting it down to using L'Occitane Hand Creams. I had this travel size one for my hand bag which was really handy but I also have a full size one in the house at all times. These are my holy grails of hand creams.

6. Catrice Glamour Doll Volume Waterproof Mascara:
I love Catrice Mascara they are so affordable just coming in under €5.00. This was really nice and loved the tapered brush and it gave me long separated lashes that were natural looking. It did give volume and no flaking which is a bonus.

7. Catrice All Around Waterproof Mascara (Volume & Curl):
I prefer the Glamour Doll Volume but this was just as good. It has a rounder brush that has a slight taper at the end. It gives volume but no length and it does give curl. This also comes in under €5.00 too.

8. Collection Lasting Perfection Concealer:
I have to say I am not a huge fan of this, I found it really thick and drying on my skin. I got the colour fair and it was still too dark for my pasty skin. So I am back on the hunt for a new concealer. This cost €6.49 but it just didn't work for me at all.

Max Factor Miracle Touch  Liquid Illusion Foundation:
I have been getting this foundation for years now I really love the finish it gives me. It goes from a solid to liquid finish that gives me a fresh natural look. I remember when I first got this when it hit the shelves way back and I thought it was so handy for just throwing in my bag and it has a sponge in the lid. I think it is a bit pricey at €19.99 for what it is but I tend to go back for it even after all these years just because I really like the finish.

Max Factor Whipped Creme Foundation:
I'm still on the fence with this one, it does remind me of the Miracle Touch (above) and gives a demi-matte finish. I think I may have picked up a colour too dark for me so going to pick up a lighter shade next time and give it another try. It is cheaper than the one above as this one comes in at €12.99

Guinot Samples of Creme Hydra Beaute Moisturiser :
After I got a Guniot Hydradermie 2 Facial I was given two samples of this moisturiser. This moisturiser is absolutely fabulous and I love it. It is on the pricey side at €49.55 but my skin was left in great condition. My laughter lines were smoother, skin looked radiant and hydrated.

Vichy Idealia Life Serum:
I got a few of these samples in December's Glossybox and I loved it! It is on my wishlist now for my birthday in April. It's €38.50 but I think it would be worth getting the full size because I was so amazed by the results. My skin looked glowy, redness was reduced, pores shrunk and it gave a great canvas for my foundation.

Have you tried any of these? Did you like them or not rate them at all?? Let me know in the comments below.
